She knew we were on a time crunch and always submitted everything in a timely manner and even late at night sometimes! She was able to help us navigate being first-time home searchers and then owners and was never pushy about anything. Laura was/is a consummate professional. She was truly dedicated to finding what I wanted within the confines of price and location, with no time requirements imposed. In my case, we looked over 6 months before finding what I wanted, and then she negotiated a $17,000 discount and had a few additional items thrown into the deal. She is available at all hours (I could never figure out when she slept a midnight question via text or email would be answered immediately to the point that I felt bad and would wait until normal business hours). What more could I say?
